Paul J. Notaras – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Notaras has extensive corporate finance and general management experience. Prior to founding CFS, Mr. Notaras was Chief Financial Officer of Rustic Canyon Partners, the largest venture capital firm in Southern California. Previously, Mr. Notaras was President, North America of Meridian VAT Reclaim, which provides outsourced financial services to corporations. Mr. Notaras served in a number of roles during his 11 years at Merrill Lynch: Chief Financial Officer of Merrill Lynch Global Emerging Markets Partners; Treasurer of the firm’s Europe/Middle East Region based in London; and Director, Bank Relations for the firm’s Corporate Treasury based in New York. He began his career in commercial banking in New York City. Mr. Notaras earned his A.B. in Economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.

Beth P. Frenzel - Manager, Client Services

Ms. Frenzel has more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets, mortgage lending and insurance arenas. She has served as Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Lehman Brothers and has held senior operations positions at several nationwide lending institutions. Prior to joining CFS, Ms. Frenzel managed sales and customer retention at State Farm Insurance. Ms. Frenzel studied business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
